Paityn is getting so big and is changing fast. She is fully on formula now and seems to be doing well. So we are very very happy about that, pheww! She is starting to hold on to things like her blanket and bottle. She loves to stare at her toys on her playmat! She seems to a very happy, and smiley baby! She still is way confused on when to sleep and when to be awake. She pretty much sleeps all day which is nice, but that just leaves the night for her to be awake and wanting to eat every hour or two. :( But thankfully I have an amazing husband that helps out a lot with getting up with her! Thanks babe you are a lifesaver!
As for Lexey, She is such a busy body, always running, mess maker, girly girl! We love her so much, more and more everyday. She seriously knows something new everyday! She has started saying 2 word sentences.. like thank you! Bye Bye Balloon. Hi dada. (i have taught her to say Byebye to things that she wants in stores, it works wonderfully :)) She is such a Smart Girl with a strong strong personality! She throws fits now and she screams when other kids take her toys. Not sure what I do about that! Anybody know? Is she too young to disipline?

Yes. Absolutely too young. Before the age of 3, children lack the cognitive ability to understand rules and boundaries. So she doesn't realize she is being "naughty".
However, you can still start to introduce boundaries and rules to her, just don't expect her to "get" them.
The most appropriate thing for her at 1 1/2 is just to model correct behavior for her. When she starts throwing a fit, ACKNOWLEDGE her feelings, "Lex, I can see how angry/sad/frustrated you are, but we don't hit/throw/yell/whatever"
Hang in there, as she learns to talk more, she'll be able to better manage her emotions. Children develop their receptive language long before their expressive and it can be a very frustrating time for them!
